No more computer....

So just a quick update.... our laptop broke! Hopefully we can fix it, so until then, I will try to post as often as I can! It is about driving me nuts not to have a computer! I guess that shows just how much I depend on it! Cross your fingers for me that we can fix our laptop!

Hazen is so funny...

So I am at church today with Hazen and Ryan was home sick. I am just sitting in sacrement minding my own business holding Hazen and he is turned around, looking at the guy behind me. The guy has a really long goatee and he was leaning forward. That's when Hazen grabbed him by the goatee and started talking his ear off! The whole time he was talking, he is holding the guy by his goatee! I was laughing so hard I could barely stand it! He started telling him about the deer that he and Ryan saw yesterday and that he shot a "big buck" . The guy (who I've never met) is just listening and talking to him. At least he was a good sport!
So I went to get Hazen out of bed this morning and he was standing in his crib butt naked. I said hi to him and asked him why he was naked. He said " Hi mom! I naked, I peed. I took my diaper off." That was that. Ryan and I were laughing at him, and he is just standing there naked, dancing around in his crib! I love that little boy so much! He makes me smile and laugh so much! I don't know what I would do without him!

Happy Birthday Ryan!

So, Ryan's birthday was on the 6th and I'm just a little late posting. He had a fun filled day helping Blake pick up and unload a ton of hay! (Doesn't that sound like something you would want to do for your birthday?) After he got home, we went over to the Nielsen's for the party. He wanted his mom to make Deer Stew (yuck) and I made Cheesy Potato Chowder and rolls. I made his favorite cake (better than sex cake) and we had ice cream. He got spoiled (as usual). On Sunday, my family came over and we had cake and ice cream again, along with some cheesecake that I made. He got spoiled again... Hazen just thought it was fun that he got to play with his cousins.

Fun times....

So, this year for thanksgiving, we ate at my parents house. It was so good! All the food was awesome and we had a good time together. We always have fun when we hang out with the family and the kids have a blast playing together. This time was no different. The toy room was a disaster, but the kids had fun together. I think they got every toy out of the toybox, dollhouse, farm, and all the books off the shelf! Hazen got stuck in the toybox and couldn't get out by himself. We were just finishing up eating and heard a screaming cry from him to help! My dad went downstairs to find him stuck in the toybox and the girls just completely ignoring his screaming! I wish we could have gotten a picture.

Hazen found a new hiding spot for the kids! I tried getting a picture of just him, but Brooklyn thought it looked pretty fun and climbed in next to him.

Now, all the kids thought it looked pretty fun and they all tried to fit.......

Brinley thought it would be more fun to get out and lock the rest of them in! So typical for Brinley! At this point, Hazen was just wanting to get out and he was stuck in the back!

Thanksgiving...

Thanksgiving always reminds me of the things I need to be thankful for. I am so lucky to have so much in my life. I am so greatful for being born into such an awesome family! My parents are the best in the whole world! I love my family so much. I am greatful for Ryan and his family as well. We have so much fun with our families! I am SO thankful for our little family. I don't know what I would do without Hazen and Ryan. Hazen makes my day every single day of the week. I love being a mom to him. He is such a good little boy. He's all I need to make me happy in life. I am so greatful for Ryan and all that he does for me. I sometimes forget everything he does for me and Hazen, and I need to be better at that. I am greatful that I get to spend eternity with the man that I love so much! I am greatful for such good friends in my life. I have been so lucky to have so many great friends throughout my life. I am greatful for the gospel in my life and for eternal families. I'm greatful that we have temples so close to us so we can go anytime we want. I'm so greatful for employment! (Even if I have to work 2 or 3 jobs...) There are so many things I am so lucky to have. I am so greatful for my freedom and the people that are fighting for it. We are so lucky to live in this great country. There is so much more that I am lucky to have and that I am greatful for, but I could go on ALL day!

Yay for Weekends!

I'm so glad that the weekend is here! I have worked everyday this week, even today. Now I'm home and so happy to have tomorrow off! Weekends are the best!
